(I) Support Level
- All systems and applications (including online trading, in-house trading & settlement) operate as usual
- Fully support trading & settlement work-from-home mode by Client user, in cyber-secure manner
- CS email & hotline support operate as usual
- Each 2Go Client are entitled TWO FREE units of remote Front Office and BO1 / BO2 workstation access to maintain their operations
- 2Go will perform all SWT tests with HKEX before launch
